It is very difficult to quote this type of work. So to make sure it is done right we do most rectification on a cost plus basis. This involves an hourly rate and trade price materials +gst. Our standard hourly rate is $88/hr/man but discounted weekly rates are available for larger jobs.
We can do a property safety report and give a detailed schedule of what was completed to specification and Australian standards, what was not and the break down of costs. That way you have the right information available to you if you try to recoup some of the rectification costs.
